Maid Of Honor: Brooke
Choosing the maid of honor was not a laborious task. Brooke Dorman is the only one fit for the job. She is the only one that could rise to the occasion and manage the long road of freak-outs, lapses in judgment (never let me choose neon pink, no matter what I say), and general bridezillery! Aside from Brooke's natural talent in Hanna Dorman management, she is wonderfully funny, amazingly smart, and exceptionally caring. Brooke is my twin and best friend. As such, there is no better friend than a sister, and there is no better sister than you. I am so lucky. I love you! "Birth to earth, womb to tomb."
Bridesmaid: Mandy
For over twenty years, Mandy Halford and I have been friends. Life threw us together in kindergarten when we were wee little girls. Our friendship was instant and giggly. She is a talented artist, that helps me appreciate life in all of its colors. Her compassion reminds me of the goodness in life and her unrelenting love reveals that sisters are not just women that share the same parents. My life is better because I met Mandy some twenty years ago. She is in all my best stories and she has to be in this wedding story.
Bridesmaid : Emily
I would have lost my mind in Philadelphia if it were not for Emily Milbauer! She and I were fast friends and were able to support each other through an intense internship! We bonded quickly as we were thrown into a whirlwind of botanical activities. We hiked, collected, observed, traveled, and learned, but not once did I wear appropriate shoes and Emily always snickered first. She never fails to make me laugh and constantly reminds me of the shear hilarity of life. She shares my passions for biology, plants, and conservation! She gets it and gets me!
